We know you’re excited to receive your afterlife products and be sure we try our best to get them as fast as possible to you.
After you have placed an order, it will take 1-3 workings days to be prepared for shipping.
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your order has been shipped.
All our orders are shipped with DHL, you have received a tracking number in the shipment confirmation via email. Please track your shipment to make sure you or someone else are at the given address to accept it on date of delivery.
Usually after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be send back to our warehouse. DHL charges a return fee which we will deduct from your refund.

Please note, we have no influence on the customs handling and shipping routes, sometimes it can take 7-14 days until your parcel arrives.
If the parcel has already left Germany, we wont be able to contact DHL anymore to reschedule or try to deliver again. In this case, please contact DHL directly.
Shipping outside of Europe
Our products are only available to customers in the European Union, we are working on worldwide availability and hope to be back in your region soon again.

- GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE-
We do not guarantee that all items available at our web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by e-mail.
Payments can be made by Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Sofort Banking.
All products will be shipped within 5-7 working days after purchase.
The customer is responsible for any customs and import duties or other costs that might occur when getting the item shipped to their territory.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location but is usually within 2-3 workdays within Germany and 7-14 workdays to European countries, from time of shipping.

- CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS –
In accordance to EU consumer laws, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance with our refund policy.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us immediately (informing us in writing of your intention to return the goods prior to postage). Failure to inform us in writing of your intention to return the goods prior to postage may result in a delay in the process.
You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk (we recommend that the goods be returned via registered and/or special delivery).
The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in unused and resalable condition and should be accompanied by all corresponding order details. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to refuse you compensation.
You do not have the right to cancel a contract for the supply of any goods constituting underwear, swimwear and perfumes.
Goods that have been personalized will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will refund the payment to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. Same policy applies to payment made with PayPal, Apple Pay or Sofort Banking.
For non-EU customers, we will refund you in full (- shipping and handling fee). For more information about our return labels and further shipping and returns information, please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to us (if any and provided that you have returned the item(s) to us by recorded and/or special delivery). Please notice that faulty returns need to be inspected and a slight delay in refund might occur.
Please note that all extra costs applied due to insufficient customs documentation, incorrect shipping labels and similar, are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- DATA PROTECTIONS AND PRIVACY -
Karmat Music GmbH / Afterlife will never pass your email or contact details on to a third party.
Since you have made a purchase at Karmat Music GmbH/Afterlife you have entered a number of personal information, including specifically:
Your e-mail address
Your phone number
Your payment information
These personal data are processed in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfil our part of the transaction as well as for a subsequent period in order to monitor the sale - and for the purposes of the billing legislation. Then the information will be deleted.
If you have ordered delivery, the details of your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be delivered to our freight company, Moodja GmbH, who is working with DHL for delivery of your purchases.

Processing of personal data (Consent)
If you have ticked the box "yes, I agree that you might contact me via email with newsletters" we will keep your email address and the details of your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, it will say until you let us know that you no longer want to receive emails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can either do this by using the link at the bottom of our e-mail or by contacting us at email@example.com and informing you that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose for which they are collected and will be deleted when this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant. Information, objection, change, data portability and deletion.
You can always contact us to find out which of your personal information we hold.
This can be done by contacting Karmat Music GmbH.
If there is an error in our information, you can always ask them to be corrected so we are right, just as you are entitled to provide the information in a common format (data portability). If you wish to change or data portability, you are also welcome to write to us at the above e-mail address.
Your details (except your e-mail address, if you have given permission to receive emails with news etc.) will be deleted 6 months after you have received your purchase.

CAN I COMPLETE MY ORDER OVER PHONE?
No, we are only handling our customer’s data over encrypted systems and cannot process orders manually through our system.
CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as we haven't dispatched your parcel, changes or cancellations can be made.
CAN I CHOOSE CURRENCY FOR PAYMENT OF MY ORDER?
No, we only accept payments in Euro.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your card is charged directly upon your order completion.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DELIVERY ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY PAYMENT ADDRESS?
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
Please be aware that where possible your order must be signed for at the delivery address given when the order was placed. Couriers will occasionally leave parcels at an alternative address, with a neighbour, or in an unsecured outside space, at their discretion.
Please be aware that your PayPal buyer protection address must match your delivery address for all payed with PayPal or your order cannot be sent.

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND CAN I TRACK IT?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up to date information about your shipment.

If you have received an incorrect item, please e-mail us at

I'M INTERESTED IN A PRE-ORDER ITEM, HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you place an order for an item which is only available on pre-order, you will not receive the item immediately. The delivery date stated in the item description is an approximated delivery date given to us from our suppliers. Please note that delivery can be before / after the stated date.
When you place a pre-order, your account is charged directly. You can still return pre-order items just as any regular item, you have 14 days after delivery to send your return.
